Delete your Flashery account

The easiest way is in the app: Settings → Privacy → Delete account data. The account is gone immediately.

Without the app: write to tyrek.developer@gmail.com with your account ID (Settings → Privacy → Account ID) or your recovery code (Settings → Account). We delete the account within 30 days at the latest and confirm it by email.

The following are deleted permanently: the account ID, birth year and month, points and their history, purchased themes and effects, the no-ads period, purchases, the recovery code, access for all phones, the cloud backup of your lists and scan result reports. Lessons saved on phones stay. The server keeps only a hash of the phone identifier (not linked to the account) so that a new account on that phone does not get the welcome points again — the hash is deleted after a year.

Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Premium or Max in Google Play → Subscriptions.
